Classic local library, helpful friendly staff. I hope it survives in these economic times due to council ineptitude. I have been using the lending service for 60 years, would miss it if it closed. Please support and use your local Library and help to keep them open. It will be a poorer city with out our Library Service.
Good local Library. Lots going on here, used by the locals quite a lot. Good range of books, reserve on line if they don't have the book on the shelf, and pick up when it's available.
Fantastic front of house staff. Always service with a smile and extremely helpful. Thank you to the lady who collected a selection of Christmas books for my daughter as we waited outside. I hope you all have a lovely Christmas. Keep up the good work!
I took my 3yo this morning and she enjoyed it, I have always enjoyed this library.
I love the Library please don't close it
It's brilliant! Has computers & books, and an olde worlde villagey feel due to it's beautiful Victorian architecture & it's near to the original Village Green. In fact, Kings Norton is of many areas of Birmingham that was actually a village until about 150 years ago, when it was swallowed up by a growing Birmingham. Kings Norton is way older than Birmingham, it was a parish in the 1400s.
Staff always so helpful and friendly and patient with us when I descend with my four children under 12! Thanks for all your kindness. Great library!
Its a good place with great staff and a variety of books. Sadly they have stoped doing many children activities during thew summer holidays.
lovely library really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff Great selection books always some good recommendations Great stuff for kids monthly Saturday book club which looks great definitely worth a visit
Brilliant and friendly staff well organised with covid rules however not good for parking unless you use the car park by playing fields which is on the left hand side by pedestrian crossing if coming from cotteridge
