We stayed two nights whilst visiting Norfolk. Friendly accommodating staff, especially Damien the assistant manager on duty who could not have been nicer or more helpful. Breakfast and had dinner one evening very nice. Only issue was lighting in the room was very dim. Would happily stay here again.
My wife and l stayed here on the 4 November in room 1 haters was a towel behind toilet to catch slight water leak apart from that the room was fine bed comfortable. Damian was a fantastic host and made us very welcome nothing was too much trouble cannot praise him enough. We had an evening meal it was very good value for money just could of been a little hotter.Hannah the waitress was very friendly and efficient .we would like to thank all staff for making us so welcome and we are looking forward to visit again.kind regards Lee and sue Addams.
Not too sure what went wrong but the vegetables were hard brockerly and carrots hard / not cooked I had Lamb Shank nice, friend had beef very hard to cut and dry around edge. Will NOT return for another meal. Meal last year was good, must have new chef.
Had a lovely meal, served by a great team. The one who stood out most was Lydia, always smiling, with infectious enthusiasm. Myself and my partner have eaten here before and will gladly do so again.Service: 5/5
Nice experience once the girls took over from the assistant manager who couldn't even get our drinks order correct. He must be new to the job. Well, Leah and Megan made it all the better. Service with a smile and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Food was OK, just a shame that it's mainly microwave meals. Priced nicely and a decent size. Nice location and garden area is a nice place to sit and relax. The girls did really well in a very busy environment and we look forward to seeing them again when we visit again.
Used to be good. Had a good carvery but that's gone. Last time couldn't give me a sandwich. Said that had run out of bread. Erm Roy's supermarket is just a few paces away, they sell bread.
Very friendly and polite manager and staff. Dog friendly inside pub dogs allowed in all uncarpeted areas. It was a very cold and wet afternoon. Popped in for coffee and food and the place was lovely and warm which helped take the afternoon chill away.
Visited the King's Head hotel, in Wroxham, for a family meal, with sister and her hubby from Australia. We were not disappointed at all, very friendly and helpful staff, great food and deserts to die for. With the lovely view of the river and boats. Highly recommended, we will definitely be visiting again soon.
A great place to stay eat and drink , right in the center of wroxham with a beer garden overlooking the river. 2min walk to hire a motor boat or a kayak . I recommend the train ride as well,also a great area for fishing. .Rooms: 4/5
Came for a meal here with my family, really good service from everyone, good atmosphere and great value for amazing food! Definitely would come again!! Thank you
