Placed a £40 order tonight took over an hour to arrive, wrong toppings on the pizza, wrong toppings on two burgers they were also swimming in sauce to the point everything was soggy. Chips were cold and tasted like yesterday’s! I phoned to complain was rudely spoken to half in another language and then after 7mins of being on the phone they hung up!! Loads of unhappy and hungry children tonight, extremely poor customer service �

Only giving 1 star so I can leave a review would give zero if I could. Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered food 2 hours ago online and was told it would be 40 mins. Waited 15 mins after that and called spoke to a really rude woman on the phone who then told me it would be half an hour. 45 minutes later I ring back again to be answered by the same rude woman who tells me they are busy yet again and that it would take 20 minutes. When I said you told me half an hour last time are you actually going to deliver my food she said we aren't delivering. I used to get food here a lot I will never come here again. I am furious with the service I have received this evening.

Always arrives on time and hot to local delivery in Verwood. Delicious food. Always happy to order from here. New and updated website allowing you to order online !

DESPERATELY OVER SALTED MEAT (obviously to try to keep it fresh), stale soggy chips, grumpy service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Pizzas are usually very good and reasonably priced. Service can be a bit hit and miss though. Order a pizza and something elkse and expect the something else to be ready before your pizza, so a degree of re-heating might be required.
