Went in to grab a couple of pizzas for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our order was made quickly and accurately. The only downside, hence then 4 stars for food was, our Cheese and Tomato had a couple of bald spots where it was missing the cheese but other than that, it was great!

Ordered from here and after about 30 minutes the pizza said it had been delivered yet nothing had come. I called the store 7 times off my phone and then 2 times off my partners phone but they did not answer. Have not received any communication and no pizza has arrived. Ended up ordering from somewhere else as I couldn’t get hold of them. Awful service, I want a refund immediately.

Paid for my order they got it wrong even showed it to them on the screen and said I maust have made a mistake , absolutely joke , zero customer service , so paid my money , no food , Avoid , Avoid ,Avoid

We have been trying to call with no answer for over half an hour since 11am today. We called another local branch near Bear Cross and they said they were not allowed to deliver to us because we should use the local branch but suggested a Branch in Waterloo. We then called Ringwood branch who contacted Ferndown and asked them to answer the phone. When we spoke to the Ferndown branch they asked us to repeat our postcode several times we even used the phonetic alphabet to help and then the receptionist hung up on us when we asked her to repeat the postcode. We were not rude in any way on any of these calls. My colleague has now had to drive to the branch to attempt to order there but this will end up taking us over an hour to order twenty large pizzas. This is an order we have been making on the last Friday of every month for about two years. This service is atrocious and I wouldn't be surprised if you lose a lot of custom as a result. The only reason we have stuck with Dominos today is because it is too late to come up with another solution.

Pizza cheese non existent wasnt even edible with no cheese completely dry with hardly any tomato sauce on it aswell only offered £5 gift card for a pizza that cost £20+  delivery also turned up without our pudding when asked if they would send it out they said no we will refund!! Manager doesn't care for customer service never again will I buy from herennUpdate spoken with head office complaint been filed and even they agreed more should of been done by the manager
