Always good, accurate, quick and good portions. We have ribs, duck pancakes, beef in black bean and chicken with ginger and spring onion all are delicious.nWish they delivered!
Ordered a Chinese this evening, had to hold then the women taking the order couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Called back with a second order no problem. Went and collected got home to find some of the order missing. These things happen and they were busy so not a massive issue. Called them to let them know politly and was told they didn't have the first order but would put it through and could collect in 15 mins. Went back to collect. The girl read my order, I said thank you and proceed to leave when another worker called out to me to listen next time they read the order back. So rude and absolutely no need for it. I suggest she listens as a room full of people heard me order it. I also suggest she takes a course in customer service. Suffice to say I will not be ordering from them again and will take my business else where. The food wasn't great either.
Never before had to write a bad review, but this is the first and very last time I will ever order from this takeaway. Food had a horrible taste and binned it all.
So in March after charging from the March menu, when we went back for banana fritters which were all batter and sour banana disgusting the price rose by £1.80 because the April 2024 menu was used in March and I’m sure if it was me and not my young daughter this wouldn’t have happened. So as I’m eating the leftovers today when it tastes so much better, I’ve come across a piece of rusty metal. I thought it was a bone splinter but it’s a 12mm by 1mm thick rusty staple or something. I do likenIt there. Good fast efficient but these two things have put me and my family right off. I will be taking it up with the management down there but wanted to let you lot know. We will be trying all the others in Ringwood and Ferndown now. Thanks for reading
