I very rarely get Chinese but I just fancied it tonight- placed an order online at 7.30pm with the estimated delivery being 8.10pm. As it’s Valentine’s Day, I anticipated a huge delay but my food arrived with a very friendly delivery driver at 8.20pm. Food was hot and tasted great. Generous portions!

Ordered meal at 7 pm for 8:30 local delivery. Nothing had arrived by 8:50pm - phoned them and they said they were very busy and hadn’t even started preparing my food. It would be at least another 30 minutes. When I asked why they hadn’t sent me a message or called their response was “we didn’t have your number “.  That’s total rubbish- they had acknowledged my order by SMS at 7pm . No apology from them and cancelled the order. Went to Wok & Fry Glenmoor Rd West Parley. - delicious!!

This take away has really improved since my last visit there was a wait of hours but  all the food was really nice it all came nice a hot so the wait was ok.nThe special rice Noodles were so yummy which I haven't had in decades was impressed.nMeat and veg was so tasty even sweet and sour sauce was delicious.nPancake roll was filled to bursting and tasting great.nEgg fried rice was so fluffy and tasty.nnI will be using this Chinese takeaway again in the future only thing I asked for a menu but didn't get one.nThis Website needs to post pictures of there menu.

Unbelievable shocking service! I rang up earlier and was told my delivery would be under an hour! Over a hour had passed and still no delivery, after the 5th time of calling they finally answered and after a few minutes of trying to find out where my delivery was they said “oh so sorry we haven’t even cooked yet” and said it would be a hour and a half on top. I asked why hasn’t it been cooked and why was I lied to when I originally ordered and the rude man on the phone was so arrogant and made out I was stupid and have hearing problems! I didn’t receive a single apology.nTop wok? I think it should be called Top W**ker. Never ordering again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took 3 hours 15 mins and by this time the food had been in the car for over an hour. Awful service, we were refused a refund and ended up with no dinner at 10.30pm
