Phew... Staff is friendly and helpful. Store outside looks like abounded... - only a few cars telling you something is there. Store inside... Very limited goods. Looks old and empty. Couldn't find a big sale to be honest. Maybe the bar chairs... Not sure - ahhh and some maltesers for 50 pence each. They've got some expensive but quality bedroom and living room furniture! Really nice solid wood bed frames. Vodka is more expensive than other places . Got a loyalty card, but not sure if I want to visit there, again the reason is that I'm not local!. I still recommend this place.

Went today and couldn't believe how little stock they have. Half the store now not used and just bits of furniture spread out to fill the central area with very limited stock on shelves. Won't be wasting fuel to go again until I hear they've improved the situation. Shame, used to be a good store.
Since the new owner took over this company has gone from great to rubbish, most stores are closing, This store has already, such a shame, new owner run it into the ground, I emailed customer services asking what was going on, they never replied. I suspect they gone or going bankrupt. shame they cant be bothered to tell there customers what is going on, sadly a good company gone to the wall : all they are doing is clearing existing stock, then the name JTF will be gone all together i suspect, just like the loyal customers have done now.
Poor customer service items marked up with wrong price when questioned they took the shelf edge price of and ran into the office with no explanation manager wasn't available either they tried to charge me £54.99 for this.
Never again, said last time I'd never go back but seen an item on their website that I liked. Last time it was half full, now the place is less than a third of what it used to be and not even cheap. No staff about, tills shut, no cafe, I was expecting some tumbleweed to go past. What's happened?? Anyway wasted an hour journey never got what I wanted. There's nothing there. Don't waste your time either.
I was shocked is an understatement, very little to choose from. The shelves very sparse. I can understand we are social distancing, but really don't understand why the shop is open very little to choose from and second hand furniture, really. Been about 8yrs since I last went can't say I will go out of my way to go again.
Very Disappointing! This store is nowhere near as good as what it used to be. When I used to go there when I was younger, the whole place was filled with lots of variety and no shortage of stock. Nowadays, the place looks empty as if its in the process of closing the store. Went looking for Christmas decorations and they are the same decorations that have been out for the last couple of years, nothing new. There were many things that were advertised on leaflets and throughout the store that weren't stocked anywhere. The store only seems to use half of the area they used to use and a lot more spaced out. Only browsed in the store for about 5mins 10mins at the very most before we left without anything. Unless they change back to how they used to be and offer lots of variety and more stock, will not be returning anytime soon. Extremely disappointing now and its such a shame to how good the place used to be.
I've had a few good buys from here but recently bought a box of fox's biscuits and when opened it was full of larder beetles. At least 20 running about. I'd never buy foodstuffs from there again. I phoned them and all they said was thanks for letting us know but they are all sold now. They didn't seem at all bothered.
Helpful staff and a very good selection of items. We go here every year for our fireworks. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products sold here too. It's open late so you can nip in on a week night to avoid it being busy. The main selling point here is the price's though, which are mostly a fair amount cheaper than normal supermarkets. All in all i would recommend this place.
