Bournemouth store is quite nice and elegant. Went in the store this morning and apparently the employee for watch station was on leave. The lovely lady Jo and her friend sorted everything out even though it wasn't their department. Jo was really really friendly and walked us through everything and her service compelled me to write this review.
Amazing store 10/10 will recommend.

When calling the store I had to ask if this was the correct store as there was no greeting, just hello?? Like all surprised at a call! the lady on the phone was quite rude and not helpful at all, il spend my money elsewhere, thanks

I've been there today and I was super surprised! Clothes organised, very nice sales. The only issue I had none even one member of staff could tell me where I can find clothes from UNITED COLOR OF BENETTON.
Cashier - lady was quiet, but polite.
