There's good selection of children's clothing on the top floor. Suitably next the toilet and cafe. Their own brand BlueZoo clothing is of good quality and very reasonably priced. T-shirts £5 - £9. Whilst paying I was given a voucher for a free drink in the cafe which is was pleasant surprise.

will not bother again trying to contact the Bournemouth store, had to wait over 20 minutes to connect to customer services for the direct telephone number of the store, wanted to order bedding. It appears only visiting the store enables me to order, as pin number is required. The bedding I wanted was not in store and the assistant didn't even offer to look up if it was still available. So I took the train from poole to Weymouth that day, ( extra expense) and , served by Sarah, come away with part of my bedding and ordered the other item with her easily. Unable to order originally on line as the form would not take my date of birth and again, not able to get a reply from customer services!!!

A 'classic' department store, with a wide and rich selection of products at reasonable prices. It's easy to get between floors, with escalators in both directions, as well as lifts. There is also an excellent cafe/restaurant; not cheap, but very good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's very well located at the heart of the town. The store mixes a nice blend of modern and traditional. Well worth a visit.

Lovely old building, reminded me of the Debenhams in Edinburgh. Some nice clothes at good prices. Nice welcoming lady on the Phase Eight department, not very helpful lady on the Precis section when I needed to try something on.

Impressive store. Well stocked across all ranges. Staff are all friendly and helpful as well
