Beales can often be busy as it offers a vast range of products across its many floors. We visited during a 25% sale and there were many good bargains on offer. Always courteous staff.

Very disappointed with their very large poster in all their windows stating up to 25% off everything today only to find some of the concessions weren't participating. When looking at the poster again it did say not all concessions taking part but in the tiniest letters that you would need a magnifying  glass  to read it. Why don't  they just make things clearer.  I feel this is really being misleading.  Didn't  buy anything because it annoyed so much . Very disappointed customer

It's ok just seems a bit dated and over priced if I'm honest. The cafe wasn't great well mine was ok but how can mess up scampy everyone else's wasn't great. I think this kind if shop won't be round forever but they don't seem to move with the times or lower their prices which is a shame.
