I took a water damaged laptop in to see if it could be salvaged and if not, to recover my files from the hard drive. They managed to misspell 'water' on the form they gave me, and when I returned a few days later, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I took it to another repair shop who said that there was no damage on the casing, suggesting that the laptop had not been opened to check the damage, and they were then able to retrieve my files quickly and easily. Would not recommend this shop.

Very happy with the speed of service and their prices, I could even check the repair progress online with my phone!

Fixed my liquid damaged macbook for under £250 despite the apple store telling me it would cost over £500 to repair!
