I was apprehensive buying an 'refurbished' iPhone. But I needed a phone for my teenage daughter and did not want to pay full price. Uptrade was recommended by a friend so I thought I would go with them after some research. The condition was important to me as it was a gift. After getting to grips with the grading system I decided a Grade A handset would be best. This wasn't in perfect condition but this was expected. The page did state that Grade A is excellent condition but Grade A+ is the grade to get if you want as close to perfect as possible. I felt that Grade A was the best mix of condition and price and would be fine as a gift which it was - my daughter is delighted with her new mobile! I think Uptrade is a great place to shop for quality Apple products at a good price.

the phone arrived super quick and it was in better condition than i expected to be honest so all good really
