I had 2 years left on my finance and wasn’t expecting to need to trade for 2 years, I got a surprise phone call telling me my car had equity and they could offer me a deal. I went for a look and was offered a newer model, bigger car which was better on fuel. We had the car in less than a week and even got an apology as they got it out sooner . Obviously no need. Mark made us feel welcome and was very friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and not being put out. I look forward to my future car purchases to be so easy and smooth! Thanks Mark!
Just wanted to say how great the service was from everyone at Citroen Bolton when I had my car serviced. Zoe and the driver who collected and delivered my car were both helpful, friendly and professional and the car was cleaned too. It was a quick and efficient service and the lady who called to take the payment was also friendly and professional. Just wanted to acknowledge the excellent customer service from everyone involved. Unfortunately can't recommend this Citroën Service. Just recieved my car from annual service oil, filters etc and I opened the hood when arrived home and this is what I found...leaves on both sides completely blocked both drains. How could they not notice it? Is this the level I expect from an authorized Citroën Service? No! I don't even want to imagine how the work on my car was done when I see something like this :
First class service, highly recommended to all, even if you're just looking and not buying. Young man who helped us buy a car today is a true credit to this citroen dealership. Brilliant customer service, which is sorely lacking in most places nowadays.
Danny was really helpful and friendly over the whole process, 5 years after he sold me my first car, he’s sold me my second car too!! Brilliant service all around and I can’t wait to pick my new car up!

Excellent service by all members of the sales team. Dawid, the sales trainee, was very helpful and extremely patient with us older customers and is evidently going to be a great asset to the company. Collect car but had to travel back, which was a round trip of 106 miles. Due to they forgot to put a puncture outfit in a boot of car also tray was missing . Awaiting car mats have asked for them to be delivered to my Blackpool branch . Hopefully this wont be long as its 3 weeks now
Had car serviced polite and professional garage. Lovely people would defo recommend.
Arrived in the rain Sunday morning at 9am as they were opening. Spoke to the salesman and told him what we were looking for. He actually replied "I'm a salesman I don't go out in the rain, do you want to borrow an umbrella?". We went out and had a look at what was on the lot. A very nice gent who said he was the valeting chap came over and even though he was getting wet he answered all our questions. We went back to the sales office and handed the umbrella back, he didn't even ask us if we were interested in anything. First and last visit here.
