We went to view the Audi TT that we found online, once there we were left to view at our leisure and then James the salesman asked if we would like the keys he then left us to look inside and have a good look over the car . James then offered a test drive which we went on and he went through everything ,once back and after a few negotiations we purchased the car , the whole experience was perfect and no pushy sales tactics , we can’t thank James enough as I know he was running around to make sure a small part was replaced before we took ownership of the vehicle. Even all the other sales guys in the office were friendly and chatting away James went through everything and made buying the car very easy even making sure a private plate was fitted and in place when I collected the car . Thanks for everything James Suzanne is delighted with the car .

Fantastic experience buying a car here last month. The car was priced very competitively. Michael was a great help and customer service was second to none. I don't live locally so the comprehensive video walk around was a big help. The car was prepared to a high standard and handover was fast and hassle free. Thank you very much!

Couldn’t recommend highly enough absolutely brilliant place to buy a car . I recently bought a car from here and everything was perfect the service I received was outstanding, the car itself was brilliant and good value for money too . The whole process of choosing and buying a car went very smoothly and professionally with help from Michael who was always helpful and on hand to answer our many questions, but was not at all pushy which made the buying experience so much more comfortable.

I went here without the intention of even buying a car i just wanted to look at a Audi Q3. When we arrived Callum come over to help. He was very helpful from the start to the end of my experience with Motor Match Bolton. After a few issues with the car i originally went for Callum had me in the same day to test drive the other Audi Q3 they had in the one i originally looked at. He went above and beyond and made the whole process of buying a car stress free, he even went the extra mile to ensure i got the bow i demanded to be on the car when i turned up to collect it!  Honestly could not of had a better experience, He is a credit to the company and i will 100% Recommend!! Thank you Callum!

Disappointing experience, More interested in up selling additional products without fully explaining them to get more commission. Motormatch Bolton do not have customer satisfaction as a priority to ensure they are completely happy with their new vehicle. took the car back within the 1 month warranty period with a few issues,  a couple were rectified AC not working and a wheel wobble But basically to be told it's expected and acceptable with the age of the vehicle to get moisture in your rear light cluster, really!! Motormatch is un willing to sort this! Manager never seems to be available. Won't use again and will not be recommending to anyone!

19 plate 5 series M Sport  Easy process. I put a holding deposit on my new car and Callum was very patient with me whilst I sold my old car.  Very happy with my purchase. It's a beautiful car that was a good price.  No complaints at all. They are a professional company and I would use Motor Match again in the future.

Brought our Mini Paceman online from Motor Match Bolton and we live in Tunbridge Wells Kent, apprehensive about buying on line but needn’t of worried as first class service from James Sales Executive at Bolton. Told us everything about the car, all forms signed online and including personal video of the car!  Car in excellent condition for it’s year. Hopefully many years of driving.
