Being a Lexus customer you ll be impressed by the customer service, the expertise, the offering etc. Completely different world to what I experienced with other brands and dealerships. The guys at the Bolton branch are superb and although Lexus cars are not my first choice I would definitely buy another one due to the reasons above!

I was to Lexus Bolton couple of days ago, to fix a recall on my IS300h, and for a hybrid health check. At the reception I was greeted by Darren Manning, who managed to find the right courtesy car for me, while they dealt with my car. The jobs have been done really quick, same day, even if I was expected to take it one full day. Although I had a bit of emotions driving other car, Darren was very patient with me, making this new experience very brilliant from top to bottom. The team is amazing and a true credit to the brand.

I have been a very happy service customer of Lexus Bolton for many years without actually having bought a car from them, until now. The whole experience was a pleasure. Laura could not have worked harder for us, nor kept us any more informed than she did at all times. First class service from a first class business. Laura is a credit to what is a very customer focused dealership.

First time we have use Lexus Bolton  and what a great professional experience. From the moment we ordered the car , to bring keeper up-to date , on delivery. Then finally receiving the car . An amazing sales team . Truly the best experience I’ve ever had , when buying a new car . I will definitely be recommending and returning in the  future.

Great customer service. I took a new vehicle in which was bought from another dealer days earlier with a fault that was not covered by warranty. Helen in service @ Lexus Bolton took care of the repair on behalf of the other dealer. I arrived 15 minites early for a whilst you wait repair and they had me on my way before the booking the actual booking time. You can see customer care is a no.1 priority!

The processes from start to finish has been excellent. Alex is so helpful with everything and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and I was kept well informed regarding delivery dates. This is the second car I have had from Lexus Bolton and the second time I have had Alex as my sales person. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Thanks so much

Lovely experience of buying a used car. Starting from Gail on reception and John Farrington a very helpful and knowledgeable Sales Controller. I've also used the service department in the past, the male and female on the desk are lovely, they made sure my car was look after. It's been a pleasure thanks to you all.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with Lexus Bolton. John was extremely helpful and even though I was quite far away, made buying the car really easy and straightforward. Great sales team with impeccable customer service.  I would highly recommend them.

Laura Holt was my sales person and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kept me up to date on where the car was in the process of being made to arriving at the showroom and she made sure that I was happy with everything and the handover of the car was amazing too. All the little extra details such as presentation box for the spare key, bottle of wine and the car being revealed from under a cloth cover. Can’t ask for any more.  Thanks Laura.

Brilliant customer service from initially viewing the car to handover this morning.  John Farrington appeared professional throughout the journey and this was evident from all his actions.
