Very close to the Heathrow airport. The hotel is a great choice for anyone catching an early flight or getting off a late night one. Rooms are neat and clean. Choice of breakfast is good. Restaurant and bar are also great. It also had an ATM machine inside the hotel. It is possibly the biggest IBIS hotel in the whole of England. Yet the staff is super quick and cordial. Rooms are quite despite being so close to the airport.

Nice hotel next to London Heathrow Terminal 5.... reasonable price but room basic. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process is very modern and efficient without the formality of standing behind a counter. Nice touch!!

We had our dog travelling with us, this was the only pet friendly hotel at the airport. The staff were friendly, however, English was a second language for all of them. The hotels taxi service is much cheaper than a regular taxi for getting around the airport (such as animal clearance on the other side of the airport). The restaurant was convenient for dinner and breakfast and not overpriced compared to most airport hotels I've been to.

It's a good stop over, it was fine, comfiest bed I've slept in for a few years, really would have loved to have taken it home. Really quiet, terrible view, but I wanted to sleep without hearing the passenger jets, mission accomplished. Towels and shower great. TV was fine to wind down to after two flights. The only real negatives I'd give was that the checkin on mobile phone seems a bit slow, and the carpet in the room had bits in it the hoover had not picked up, mainly because it was getting old and worn. The location isn't ideal, but the price was good, use the free bus if you can as the hopper cost £5 each, and a taxi to hertz cost us £20, which is getting a little ridiculous for such a short journey, I've gone across London for less.

The hotel is nice and clean. The service was excellent. Special thanks to Sofia who was very nice and friendly, Kristian who provided us good service and the bartender who was serving at night before the closing time for being so nice. The location is very convenient because you can get a bus or a taxi to go to the airport. The taxi driver was also a nice person. Highly recommended and thanks to the hotel staff for the great service!
