Was staying there not a first time. But at this time when we there staying for 3 night, i was really not happy for some services. Reception team was absolutely brilliant and helpfully. Every time nice talking and smiling.the same members was say hello many times when i was walking by reception.its really feels friendly team. but really can not to say same about housekeeping team.some members i was see few times per day, and not hear any hello. About room cleanliness the second day our staying,housekeeping member was ask me did i would like service? I was ask just clean bathroom. She was just dry a bath and sink with our old towel. Any chemicals or even water. Rubbish was left in bathroom bin. Toilet seat desk was leave all wet. The next day was the same housekeeping member so i was ask just for fresh towels,because service day ago can not to be called "service" . And when i ask her for one extra hand towel i was received answer angry tone (really was not expected like that) that for one room is just one hand towel and when i just ask one more time, because we stay two peoples. For me was just repeat the same ansver. We will be really thinking about staying here more times.

Gentleman on the desk on arrival was incredibly helpful and upbeat upon arrival. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Easy access to m4 and London for a reasonable price.

Stayed here for a business trip. Great price The room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in . Friendly staff. Plenty of car parking. Service area right next door with plenty of choice of food

Had 2 rooms booked when we arrived the rooms were wrong lying set up with insufficient beds. Also it was very obvious someone had been smoking in one of the bathrooms as it completely stunk of smoke. Was only there one night so didn't bother complaining plus didn't really want to change rooms again. Disappointing

Really close to the airport. Rooms tired and access road to hotel is severely flooded. Staff are v nice and helpful.
