Bus picked me up right at my terminal and dropped me off at the front door of the hotel. The bus then took me back same way. Very convenient! From the moment I walked in every one was nice. The room was clean and the bathroom has a great soaking tub! Room service is available for all meals and the food was very good.

March 2018. Conveniently located near Heathrow Airport. Third time staying there and it's reasonably priced, clean and good staff. May 2018. No fridge or microwave in room. Big problem as I'm traveling with my mother. They will not warm up your meal/tea or coffee even if you have bought it at the Starbucks on the main floor. They are very rude & stubborn about it too. Last time I'm ever staying here. Will find another place with so many options close by.

Nice Bath Road hotel serving the Heathrow traveller in the main. Easy to find and only a short drive from the airport this is a decent choice if you're looking for an overnighter. Hotel has a decent bar serving the unusual Hilton range but with the addition of Hogs Back Tea (bottled). Hotel also has a small car park (chargeable), a compact fitness room and all the normal Hilton services such as room service. Opposite the hotel is a Domino's Pizza takeaway if you're looking for a slightly cheaper option. Breakfast is served from 6 am and is better than many airport hotel offerings.

This place is convenient with public bus network. Staff members here are super friendly. Bed is very comfortable and room has bathtub. Room temperature kept nicely. Highly recommended.

I visited restaurant to redeem voucher from Groupon. Me and my husband we had three course meal. Mushroom cream soup with hot rolls and butter, main meal fish and chips- big portion and delicious. And for dessert sticky toffee pudding and lemon tart, very tasty as well.
