Well I stayed here for 10 nights here and changed my room thrice because of inadequate heating. For some reason these guys have kept heating controls centrally and don't allow settings from the room consoles. While I was here, UK was going through cold waves and weather fluctuated a lot. Really troubled the front desk folks who finally gave me a stupid room heater The sad part was that the manager never even bothered to check. I have never seen that kind of attitude in Hilton also. But then this is Best Western !! Wouldn't recommend at all. There are much better places you can find. Besides why pay and suffer in cold.

The hotel is located very close to the underground and buses so it is easy to access areas when wanting to go out. The hotel staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of food. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable! Highly recommended :) loads of tea and coffee is also provided with a wide screen TV in the bedroom :)

Not only was the check-in process speedy and helpful (because the hotel employee made some specific accommodations for our stay), but the room exceeded expectations on all accounts. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We would definitely stay here again and we appreciated all courtesies that were shown to us by the hotel staff.

Nice clean room. Quite compact but everything there. Nice shower. Huge TV. Good quick internet. Friendly and helpful staff. Very lively multicultural neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat. Great value for money.

Went to eat at their restaurant with family which caters Indian cuisine... Warm welcome, polite staff. Food was delicious we loved especially chicken tikka.. Will visit again
