The one member of staff on the till is trying her best to cope. It took me 25 minutes to get to the till and when I got there my transaction hadn't been prepared. We send paperwork a day before and still not done. This bank needs more staff that work on the counter

Visited bank Saturday only to find no longer open Saturdays, hours in week are no good for anyone working unless they work right on the doorstep and even then with the quees to get served you would be pushed to get back to work in time.

The staff they have on the desk are lovely. This branch is let down by poor management, it is pretty much always understaffed and the wait times are ridiculous.
