Excellent customer care by Roly and his team. My battery needed to be replaced and i was in and out in under 2 hours (with me giving no notice at all that i was turning up) Always found the service team go above and beyond. Great coffee too, while i waited. 5 Stars from me.

Very poor sales service

I arranged a test-drive for a year old car via the Toyota website. The next day I received a phone call asking why I'd got in touch with them and what I would like to know about. I explained that I'd like to test drive the car I'd booked.

When I arrived on time for the appointment. The salesman wanted to again go through everything he'd covered on the phone. The car wasn't ready for a test drive, in fact he didn't even know where it was and my wife had to go and find it on the forecourt.

Anyhow, we specifically wanted that car so ended up purchasing it. However, the salesman tried to sell me GAP insurance which is not required for a cash purchase - to do this I saw that he changed my responses to his questions so that the Toyota system recommended GAP insurance.

The garage has since been in touch to tell me my service is due. However,  the date they say it is due on doesn't marry up with the manufacturing date, the last service date, or when I'll hit the recommended mileage for my next service.

All in all, it was a pretty dire service. Lucky for them, they had the exact car I wanted.

Purchased a 2013 plate Toyota on the Friday and sales staff were good etc. 

However (even after saying on the test drive it didnt work) they still let the car leave the forecourt with a broken front screen washer motor, which we didnt know was not working till the day after. Hmmmm.... a broken screen wash motor, thats an MOT failure I think!!!

Not best impressed so far...
