Sold my wife a car that had a different spec to the one advertised on the official skoda website advert. The car was advertised as being a 105 bhp fabia diesel but the one sold to my wife was a 90bhp version of the car. My wife had to jump through every hoop possible to get a refund for a car that had been mis advertised in the first place.My wife eventually only got her issue / refund sorted because of the intervention of the Skoda UK customer service team. Maybe this is more a Skoda Blade franchise dealership issue. But i won't be buying into the Skoda brand after the terrible service my wife received from Blade Skoda.

Went down today to look at some cars. All closed up, no signs to say open or closed but website said it was meant to be open. Wasted journey

This garage is awful !! The sales department are great,but the after sales aren't even worthy of one star.they are incompetent and rude.having got my car through motability I had to use them for after sales problems,I had some minor issues with the car it went in came back with nothing corrected in fact with an additional fault and a huge scratch down the door,after many emails and calls and being accused of lying they agreed to sort out the scratch and to see to the original problems ,it went in came back some problems sorted not the scratch they continued to accuse me of lying ,my car had many marks and I was only telling them they had produced one yet they tied to avoid doing anything eventually they took it back in,it came back the first scratch gone with a large number of smaller scratches ,they looked like they had been caused from the machine that would have been used to remove the first one I pointed these out to be told I was making it all up they had done nothing by this point I'd given up.I wish I'd not made them correct the first scratch they caused because the new ones they worse.the faults not all corrected I asked again to be told they couldn't work it out,something a professional was able to do once I spoke to them in a matter of minutes,this garage is possibly one of the best for sales but due to their rude unprofessional and incompetent staff the after sales is beyond awful I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and have since spoken to both motability and Skoda and they have agreed I can now use a different garage for future service work required.I only wish I didn't even have to tick one star they don't even deserve that!!

Went in today looking to purchase a superb estate. Walked around the show room and plenty of people sitting at their desks doing nothing. Walked out and walked around the forecourt and still nobody spoke to us. Got in car and left. Will be using a different dealer to make the purchase and to do the servicing.
