Top garage for a Kia service. Did a while you wait service 2 hours and then cleaned the car. Coffee machine and lounge was excellent. Receptionist was excellent. Good communication via emails to remind me of the service. Excellent video by the engineer was superb. Very, very impressed with Howard’s service. Well done.
On the day of the service I was very pleased with the initial response from reception and the way the work was carried out. I was also able to speak to a sales representative about some technical matters that had arisen following the purchase of my new car a few weeks ago. The person concerned was clearly competent and knowledgeable and able to answer my questions easily for which I was grateful. Unfortunately the initial contact was not so good as after being asked to arrange for my car to be returned for the work to be completed and my subsequently leaving 2/3 messages no one phoned me back. After several days I had to make a further call but fortunately the person I spoke to was able to deal with the situation quickly and efficiently .
After years of banganomics car buying we decided enough was enough and decided to get ourselves a newer car. Knowing that Kia have outstanding service and a decent warranty, we headed over to Kia in Weston Super Mare. We were pleasantly welcomed by James and I gave him a ridiculously picky list of all the things I would like in a car and he actually found me exactly what I wanted with an amazing amount of warranty. At every step we felt looked after and genuinely valued. The level of care Kia provide is absolutely outstanding. We picked up our car and everything was done so quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend popping to see James and the team if you want high standards and an excellent level of service. Thanks again
I have been dealing with Emily Bell @ Kia Weston super Mare for some years now and have just upgraded my car. Emily has outstanding customer service skills. She always greets us with a smile. She is polite, friendly courteous and professional at all times. She is a credit to her company and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Emily for going those extra miles to help.
Our car wouldn’t start just as we were about to go on holiday. We were absolutely delighted by the service we received from Joe at Kia. He was more than happy to travel out to us after he finished work. This was not on his way home and was at least a 90 minute round trip Joe got our car going again. This was all done in the middle of the heatwave! Couldn’t have asked for me. Brilliant service.
Brought the Kia Rio in to have the front wheel discs and Pads replaced at about 8.30 am on 29.11.22 All completed by about 11.40 am Charmaine was very helpful as usual in explaining everything. Also pleased that when I collected the car it had been cleaned inside and out. Thanks to all of your team for a job well done.
A less than average service. I had to wait for longer than expected at the Reception Desk for someone to take my car but the lady was polite once she did arrive. I had requested a courtesy car and was given the keys to a completely iced-up vehicle in one of the parking bays outside and left to sort it out myself, there was no offer of assistance or even the lend of a scraper. When collecting my own car, again there was no-one on Reception. When I was given the keys to my car, I was just told it was parked somewhere outside. When I eventually found it, it wasn't nearby and was parked in amongst probably about 70 other vehicles, so it did take some time in the cold to find it. A rough indication of what area it was parked in would have been helpful. Also, when I've taken a vehicle in for a service, it's always been returned having been washed on the outside - not this time. Overall a very disappointing service from Kia Weston-Super-Mare, it's such a shame because none of the above gripes would cost much to avoid.
Emily & Joe, both really helpful and supportive. There was no pressure Sale, in fact Joe initially started helping me look at new cars before Christmas. I went back early New Year, worked with both of them to conclude my purchase today. Great team, absolute confidence in Kia WSM team
I cannot rate Kia in Weston highly enough! Having recently brought my Kia from Carbase Kia contacted me to book in my MOT. Unfortunately my car failed, but everything was covered by my Kia 7 year warranty! A few problems arose with parts & extra parts needing to be ordered, I was kept well informed, but I had a courtesy car from them so no issues at all, then my car needed to stay in until Monday so I was informed & offered a like for like courtesy car due to having something very small & my normal car being a Sportage. Charmain is an absolute asset to your team, such a lovely lady, nothing is too much trouble for her! She was so sweet with my 8 year old daughter too! Everyone in Kia & Citron were fantastic! I’ve never had customer service as good as this! I will happily highly recommend Kia to everyone I know & safe to say I’ll never buy anything but a Kia in future!
Tried to buy a new Kia here, placed a order and was told delivery was 5 months. 5 months passed and not a single call or email update update! I called and asked when we can collect the new car and they said we don’t know it’s not been built yet!! They said it will be around 2 months longer but had no confirmed date. Another 2 months past and again not a single call or email, so call for an update and they still do not have a clue and they are now saying it might be another 5 months longer. I get they are not in control of the car being built BUT they are with the lack of customer service, the miss information and not saying sorry once. They are by far the most unprofessional car sale, in fact the most unprofessional sales team period, I have ever have the displeasure of using.
