Their sales team never return your calls even after they have sold you a vehicle. But they are all over you when you want to purchase. I have telephoned 6 times and not once have they had the courtesy to call me back. I part exchanged my vehicle and they sold my car to someone that is using our old car to break the law by parking in bus stops, doing 'U' turns where you cannot do 'U' turns. Driving in bus lanes. The fines are mounting up. And all I need from them is confirmation of the sale to them and that would resolve my issue.  I had to go in to their office in Weston super Mare to request a copy and eventually got it. All the fines are from London. Not happy with CCR Motors. They said they registered the sale with DVLA. So had to register myself and send copies of the sale to two boroughs in London to hopefully get this resolved.

Went in a bit panicky as had a long journey ahead in few days and car started to show some problems. All I received was a woman in the reception laughing into my face and saying that I can come next week if I need at the earliest. No one even bother to look at the car and give any reassurance or advice. After servicing my car with them and paying so much money I thought to get a bit more understanding and respect. So that was a goodbye 👋

A beyond awful experience with a washed up used car salesman, who took a deposit for a car only to come back and demand more money.  I had to endure his cheap tactics of talking to a fake client on a blank telephone screen, it was sooooooo embarrassing! Honestly he was a bad version of Max Branning with hair!!

what a joke.  try to buy parts no one answers. promises to call back for 2 days and nothing.  no one is interested.
