Absolutely amazing customer service, everyone I spoke to were polite and knowledgeable. One of the technicians very kindly bought me a bowl of water out for my dog, small thing but it showed the level of their customer care. I even received a video of the underside of my car which obviously I have never seen before and the checks they had carried out. I would wholeheartedly recommend Howards Peugeot Weston Super Mare for a reliable and professional service,thank you all.

Getting car booked in for service was very easy, on arrival staff were pleasant, and hire car was ready, told when car would be ready to collect. Received a text saying the car had been serviced an hour before the stated time which was excellent, and the icing on the cake was that it had been valeted, Great. Overall excellent service well pleased

Service team were very pleasant and efficient. We dealt with Stephi who was cheerful and very helpful and honest. Because of the good service we've immediately booked the car back in for some more work.

Howards Weston is a great place to look for a car. They are a friendly family business specialising in many brands of cars, and at this showroom there were a wide range of Peugeots to choose from. The staff were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I dealt with Lewis who was really professional, he listened to what I was after and he introduced me to a gorgeous car. The buying process was simple and easy. Lewis was a pleasure to deal with and I was so grateful for his help before and after the buying process. Howards can also do full servicing and repairs so a complete 1 stop shop for all of your car needs. Thank you Lewis.

I called in on my way home about 15 mins before closing time as warning lights had come on. Someone very kindly looked at the car for me and determined what the problem was......but it meant he worked after he was due to finish. Fixed it for the short term and Im  hoping that the car can be fixed "properly" before my holiday at the beginning of Dec.

All good!   Staff friendly and helpful.  Service and a couple of small problems dealt with efficiently.   Many thanks.

Needed some AdBlue in my Motability car so popped in to see them they made an appointment for the next day, we went back and it was done while we waited with a coffee. Excellent service.

Howard’s Peugeot is a brand market leader.  In the last eight years I have always given their service department the highest rating of 10/10.  Every confidence.  Feel part of their family. Yesterday was extra special as I received a hospital appointment and the service department exceeded their highest score which enabled me  to keep  this…now that’s service plus!
