No support for commercial vehicles, over a month to get an appointment to get a sliding door repaired. Save money on down time by purchasing a Mercedes who understand the industy

Brought my ford fiesta from here, staff were great and helpful and really easy to chat to. They explained everything to me so it was easily understood. Even when i had an issue they were easy to contact and sorted the problem quickly.

The 1st 2 cars purchased from here fantastic service,this time spending £16k on a new car totally shocking! The car delivered at the dealership 2 weeks ago then they loose it in the compound. Really ?how? Then due to collect at 830am today and they haven't organised they're paperwork ,car can't be released. The level of incompetence is staggering. Anyone thinking if using this dealership avoid like the plague. Cannot give any positive feedback on Trust Ford Weston at all.
