Recently purchased a car from Carbase and was very impressed with the service. We visited a couple of times and whilst they followed up a few days after each visit, we never felt hassled. The salesman Scott was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly, showed us the service records and did what he could to help. Only had the car a short while but nothing has gone wrong to date and seems like a lovely car and is driving well. Thank you Scott for all your help!

Aftercare was v.poor.. There was a fault with my car.. they Couldn't find the fault with my car after 1.5 wks of having it..said they took it to a main dealer. (No proof) and i still have the problem. Communication was poor... passed from pillar to post between garages.  Added 40 miles to my car for no reason.. 
Won't be buying a car from them ever again..

I recently purchased a car from Carbase Weston super Mare. I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for their next car to pop in and look for Richard Dibble. He was very helpful, friendly and professional trough the whole process from pick the right car and finance package to handing over my beautifully prepared new car.

Phoned up about buying a car I had seen online on Thursday 4pm, talked to Richard who answered all my questions. Told him I would come and test drive the next day and would purchase immediately and take away if happy. He said the car was due a service but if I could put down a £99 deposit this would be done in the morning. We arrived to look at the car half an hour before planned and it was all ready, serviced and washed. We test drove and decided to purchase. This all went through very quickly all the documents were ready and there was absolutely no pressure to add any extras even though these were explained to us.
We then had a problem with the insurance which we had looked into the day before and thought we might have to drive home more than 100miles home and collect the car another day, but no Richard found a way to deal with this to. 
I can't praise this organisation enough even to turning the car around in the car park after we had parked it nose in, but particularly Richard who was just fantastic, it was well worth traveling more than 100 miles for this great service.

Recently purchased a car from Carbase and was very impressed with both the service and the car. The salesman Neil was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly, including the finance, GAP insurance and service plan. A couple of minor things needed doing on the car which were sorted out quickly in time for me picking it up. Thank you Neil for all your help, I love the car!
