My wife and I walked in, on the hunt for a particular item, but before we could even finish describing it, Sophie stunned us—she already knew exactly what we were after. Located in the Malvern Shopping Park. This branch of M&S is full of all you'd expect from M&S, plus the benefit of a well-organised Cafe—nice coffee and cake.
I had an excellent experience at the Malvern M&S store. The staff went above and beyond to help me, thinking of solutions and genuinely caring about providing assistance. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly helpful, attentive, and committed to making sure I left satisfied. Their dedication to customer service is truly impressive, and I appreciate all the support they provided. Thank you to the Malvern M&S team for setting such a high standard of service!
A mix of clothing and food here. Usual M&S fair. A large store and all on one floor. Large carpark, but shared with other stores, trolley collection points, and reserved disabled spaces. Beware, though, after parking, a single track road to other parts of the retail park must be crossed.
Visited the Marks and Spencer café. Roman Way Malvern this afternoon. It looked an absolute bombsite. There was not one table clean, every table was full of rubbish and dirty crockery from previous customers. Staff were oblivious to the mess and seemed unaware of the basic practices of keeping a restaurant clean, such as never return to the kitchen with an empty tray. Plenty of other choice for coffee on the retail park. M and S does not get my vote!
