Great clean, comfortable room, fabulous breakfast and excellent location to all public transportation. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for information. But two days later when I experienced tremendous abdominal pain that I could not even walk to my room, Ryley, the manager rushed to my help and took charge to arrange transportation at his expense to the urgent care. Without his assistance I would have been lost what to do in a foreign country. I am writing this to express my sincere gratitude for your hotel's staff and especially for the Manager, Ryley. Thank You
A really good hotel to stay at, the rooms were superb but a bit of a trek to room 4070 lol but it keeps you fit. The staff were very helpful with any little problem I had & gave the impression that nothing was too small for them to help you with. There are a couple of quite turns coming in & out of their car park but overall it seemed clean & secure to park your car. The sound insulation of the room was superb as it cut out all the sound of the A4 outside with no problem at all. The room service was very good but the phone volume on the earpiece was very quiet & even pressing the volume button on the base didn't really make that much of a difference, but that is only a minor thing.nOverall I was very pleased with my stay, the facilities & the professionalism of the staff
Excellent stay on business. Reception, bar, dining and communal areas immaculate. Gym of good standard given target market. Breakfast was great staff are all friendly and attentive.nnRooms could do with a freshen up: Carpets, bathroom, softer pillows.nnI recommend!
I've had an excellent stay at this hotel. Fairly convenient location - 3 minute walk from the tube - and nice spacious rooms. For executive rooms you get a free minibar refills so an upgrade is well worth it.nnEspecially enjoyable was the artisan breakfast. Maria and Sandra would greet me with a smile every morning and made it feel like a 5-star resort experience. An omelette and a breakfast cocktail made to order and served with a smile. What more can you ask for?!
I had a great experience with the Muhammad during my check-in. He was welcoming, efficient, and handled everything smoothly, even with a busy lobby. He went above and beyond, providing helpful information about the hotel and local area, and made my stay more enjoyable. His professionalism and friendly attitude were much appreciated!
