Stayed at the superior room for 3 nightsnI like:n1. Short distance to Hammersmith stationn2. Rituals hair products & shower geln3. Spacious roomn4. Bathtub in the bathroomn5. If you don't request housekeeping services for the room, such as sheet change or cleaning, you get a free drink for each night at the bar on 1st floor. Still, you may request for clean towels.nnI disliken1. Both of the exterior of the hotel and the interior of the room are quite outdated. It doesn't look like a 4-star hotel. Also, part of the iron is already falling off and the iron should be replaced.n2. Hairdryer is installed under the desk instead of in the bathroom, which is a huge inconvenience for me.n3. Breakfast buffet provides a limited selection of western breakfast. Some of the food is good but some is not up to standard. I don't reckon the breakfast is worth the price.
We've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and our most recent visit was made exceptional by Jeff. When another staff member told us a double bed was unavailable, he stepped in and, with a wonderfully polite and helpful attitude, managed to upgrade us to the executive room. His service was truly above and beyond. We really appreciate his effort and genuine friendliness—he's the most helpful and accommodating staff member we've ever met at this hotel.
This hotel is THE BEST. It was my first time ever staying in a hotel in general so I was pretty overwhelmed. But the hotel is accessible, the rooms are lovely, But the best was the the customer service. One of the colleagues- Waqas, He provided was GREAT. He was clear, patient, understanding and extremely helpful. He even suggested a room change due to a sudden change of circumstances. Now, I feel so much comfortable, happy and relieved and it was all thanks to to him. Definitely when I need help, I know who to go to!
Maria booked us in and was so lovely with a kind and warming nature. Our room was upgraded free of charge which was a lovely gesture. Myself and my family have stayed in this hotel many times before over the past 3 years and it has always been such good experience from start to finish. Nothing is too much for the staff to do. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel
Lovely hotel and very convenient.nI was checked in at reception by a gentleman named Waqas who was very friendly, polite and helpful in every way. He upgraded our room and organized breakfast for us. In terms of checking in to a hotel it was the best experience I’ve had due to the manner in which Waqas welcomed us.nBreakfast was good. Also made use of the fitness centre during our stay. Would recommend this hotel and staff to anyone.nExcellent.
