Upon check-in, we were pleasantly greeted with a bottle of champagne and some lovely amenities in celebration of a birthday, which we truly appreciated. However, we quickly noticed several issues. The refrigerator was completely switched off, leaving all the drinks warm, and the sink was not draining properly, requiring us to call reception for assistance.nnCleanliness was also below expectations, as there was a noticeable amount of dust throughout the room.nnWe stayed for three nights under two separate bookings 31st–2nd and 2nd–3rd. During check-in, I was informed that I would need to return to reception to check in again for the second booking. I found this unusual, as most hotels typically handle consecutive reservations seamlessly once they are made aware. On the day of the second check-in, we received a call from reception asking if we had arranged a late checkout—which we had not—and I was rather abruptly told that I needed to come downstairs to check in again.nnI have stayed at this hotel several times before and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing and has left me and my partner hesitant to return.
My stay at Novotel London West was exceptional from start to finish. The staff’s service is truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel’s facilities are magnificent—modern, perfectly maintained, and creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.nnThe rooms stand out for their comfort, spaciousness, and excellent amenities, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The location is simply perfect, with easy and quick access to the main points of interest and transport hubs.nnThe breakfast is an absolute delight, with fresh products and plenty of variety. Additionally, the private breakfast is a superb experience that adds an exclusive and very pleasant touch to the stay.nnIn short, an excellent experience that exceeds expectations. Without a doubt, a hotel I look forward to returning to and highly recommend.
My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, and what can I say it was amazing! Maria greeted us at reception with a warming welcome. Maria was very friendly, polite and helpful. All of the staff are great! The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 10/10
I had a wonderful stay at Novotel London West. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience outstanding was the exceptional service.nnA special mention goes to Maria from the Front Office. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Her friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay feel truly personalized and memorable. Maria is a real credit to the team and significantly enhanced my overall experience.nnI highly recommend Novotel London West and look forward to staying again!
My family have typically always used this hotel when visiting London. We noted that while the common areas are well maintained, the rooms have become a bit run down. The location is great and if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head in between activities, this hotel is ideal.nnOur stay was satisfactory overall for what we needed during our visit. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and it was quiet while we slept. The luggage storage is a handy service and the staff were helpful when we asked for this.nnJust be conscious that the rooms are pretty basic. The sockets didn’t all work beside the beds. You’ll need to ask for a bath mats at reception which I would recommend as it’s incredibly slippy when stepping out over the bath ledge from the shower. I’d also suggest requesting additional towels as we had none for our hair. There also weren’t any face cloths in the bathroom so I’d suggest bringing your own.
