I love the food it was delicious. They have Italian chef - Theo . We had dinner and breakfast there. The chef ask us in the morning what we would like for breakfast. Nice experience with the food. Reception was friendly and welcoming. The room was big enough, bathroom huge I like it . The bed was a bit too high. And it was a lot of dust above the bed. Otherwise I loved the welcoming card as we celebrated st Valentine's there. They just need to improve the cleaning in room. I found hair in bathroom head shower too.

Very nice hotel and suitably priced. Staff are a true highlight, and always greet with a smile. Avoids a 5 star rating because they've forgotten to bring my breakfast order to my room every single time I've ordered it for the 40+ nights I've stayed there (I know, I know. First world problems...). Otherwise, great value for money when staying in Kensington.

This is a fantastic hotel. The service is excellent and the staff always go that extra mile. i love all the quirky touches that make it unique. The meeting room at the hotel is also very cool and good for meetings of up to 12 people. Chose it for my company's most recent meeting and will again. restaurant is very good too...

The good: very close to public transit, very nice breakfast, the free handy mobile phone is great, very friendly staff. The rooms are nice but it's not a modern building although the rooms are super modern and nice. I think they are better suited for couples than families. The bad: the bed is as hard as cement. Some people might like that but I could not stand because of back pain after 2 nights.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights a couple of years ago whilst my flat was being redecorated. I was impressed by the friendly staff, the comfortable bed and good nights sleep I had. I am planning to book in here again in a few weeks for a couple nights whilst my flat is renovated again. I can't wait, so handy for me to go back and fourth to my flat to check up on things. Lovely hotel highly recommendable
