i met up yesterday with Stephen Blaney to visit my houses. He was great. not only was he extremely personable but he was very thorough taking photos and generally helpful to the tenants. He definitely ensured that the visit went particularly smoothly and it was very worthwhile.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The whole process with thornley groves has been stressful, when we moved in it was not to a clean standard and we had to deep clean the house. Then when moving out they had the cheek to try and make us pay almost 300 for cleaning when we cleaned before we left and to a better standard than what we moved into, which was proven when after going through an appeal process it was reduced by 78%. Plus whenever trying to deal with thornely groves they were absolutely terrible we were left without a working toilet for a week and they were thoroughly rude when trying to sort things out. I would not recommend!!
The most unprofessional and rude company. Had a horrible experience as a student house, with no maintenance sorted within our 3 month so far tenancy, no answered calls or contact from our property manager. Our house was dirty from move in and hasn’t got a working toilet or shower and is not secure leading to a break in. Don’t rent through them.
Resolved a maintenance issue with the help of Mathew Petit, possibly the most helpful person I've been in contact with from the agency! Very fast responses and quick to follow up.
Homes4u would always handle my concerns and take them seriously. Now, with Thornley groves..they are just absolutely pathetic..soo low thinking,disrespectful,rude and soo arrogant that I asked them to evict me..its unbelievable and beyond inhumane how they treat their tenants.soo bloody unprofessional.such a pity!!
Absolutely rubbish. Homes4u was better before they got taken over by Thornley Groves. Constantly reminding them of issues even after submitting a form and still no visit from anyone to fix my issues. A fan and a toilet seat. How hard that to sort?
Great experience with homes4u! Ryan was super helpful and swift in helping us find a house for third year. He listened to our wants and needs and found several appropriate properties, being very charismatic and answering all of our questions when showing us around.
Unprofessional agency! Avoid buying or selling through them. Cancelled a viewing on me with under 24 hours notice. Don't trust any information they provide over the phone as legitimate, I was told by one lady named Kirsty that they had a Cash offer over asking price on a property and was then told by another lady Megan that the offer was under the asking and was in fact not a cash offer. As a buyer the customer service is terrible. They forget to send confirmation emails and you can never get hold of them on the phone. Definitely will not be purchasing any property through this team. I will also not be selling any property through this team due to poor salesmanship skills and awful work ethics.
