This establishment is a rare gem. The owner personally comes out to appraise the property and will spend as much time as it takes to understand your needs and value the property based on all the history and work carried out rather than using generic prices using online systems. This is a genuine local family run business which is a credit to the area and you should look no further if you want to genuine credible estate agent with the personal touch. Keep up the great work guys.

They sold our house in Heaton Moor recently and did a great job for us from start to finish. Did exactly what we ask of them and did it all on time as well. 

Jack and Felix were especially helpful. Highly recommend them.

Very high signing fees and staff weren't very helpful - over-promised during the house viewing then under-delivered once we'd handed the fees over. Didn't even bother to relay a message to us from the landlord so when we arrived all the furniture had either been sent to a skip or put in the basement. Spent the whole moving in day sorting out furniture.
