WREN agent helped me find a fantastic flat in Manchester. I lived there for almost 2 years during which all issues were dealt promptly. Due to professional reasons I had to leave the flat and the process was as swift as the start of the rental. Lorraine, WREN agent, was fantastic from beginning to end. She quickly realized what I wanted and was always professional, reliable and honest, which is so crucial when you are looking for a place to live. People working there have no respect , and I felt racism when I gone there my wife also felt same.usualy last month rent cut from our deposit but they haven't they are keeping our money and threating me and my wife.

Wren have been really great to rent from so far - it was easy to arrange my viewings and they were happy to let me pop back for a second viewing once I'd taken the flat, so that I could take some measurements to check all my furniture would fit where I wanted it. Thereafter, it was smooth sailing getting the keys and into my flat. I was so pleasantly surprised to find the flat all freshly painted, re-carpeted and spotlessly clean! So many times I have moved into places and found grubby cupboards and drawers etc. And I was presented with a handy little folder with all the relevant info that I needed.  I really have nothing bad to say at all about my experience 😊
