I have only entirely positive things to say about Jordan Fishwick. My partner and I recently purchased our house through this branch and were extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff we dealt with. Very quickly into our initial house search we made the decision - despite the volume of buyers in the market - to solely consider properties being sold through Jordan Fishwick, as they showed themselves to be a cut above the other local agents we had been dealing with which married up with the positive feedback we'd heard elsewhere about this branch too. From the very initial viewings right up until completion, Jordan Fishwick were brilliant. Andrew in particular deserves a mention for being open, proactive and easing along the process at all times - a godsend at a time of inevitably high stress.
I was thrilled with the results of the team at Jordan Fishwick! Richard, Andrew and their office went above and beyond with the sale of our Didsbury home. Within a week we had several offers on the house and were satisfied that it went to a lovely couple who we know will enjoy living there as much as we did. The commission was very reasonable. I would highly recommend these agents.

I recently sold a property in Didsbury with the help of Jordan Fishwicks who provided stellar professional service throughout the transaction. They were key to ensuring a smooth process and stress free experience. I’ve dealt with alot of estate agents and I have never come across a firm so ‘on the ball’ from start to finish - the marketing video was so good I was tempted to buy the property again! The office is populated by staff who are always responsive to emails and telephone calls and know the facts and are up to date with the status of the transaction at any point in time. An excellent job all round! I do not hesitate to recommend them.
We've sold two properties through Jordan Fishwick Didsbury in the last 7/8 years. Both were dealt with in a way that showed that all their staff care about their customers. Any interaction, be that in person, on the phone or via email is conducted in a very professional manner. Highly recommended!!
Andrew at Jordan Fishwick went above and beyond what I expected of my estate agent and have made, what has ended up being quite a stressful situation, much easier to deal with! Thank you for always answering my many calls, endless chasing of our solicitor, and most importantly giving me advice on our onwards purchase, even though this was not with your agency. Simply THE BEST estate agents in South Manchester who exceeded expectations on our sale in Fallowfield for a very reasonable fee. A big proportion of thanks goes to Andrew Horrocks who went above and beyond what was expected - from initial valuation and viewings to managing offers and keeping the chain together, he was truly exceptional. He is so kind, friendly and keen to listen but not over-advise. I worked closely with him for months during our sale and he helped us achieve our target sale price & meet our timeline in what could have been a stressful situation. Top bloke! Don't even entertain local rivals Julian Wadden Theo or JP&Brimelow Pauline. Not only are they more expensive but we found them very pushy in nature when they valued our house. Jordan Fishwick is the place to go..! Would give them 6 stars if we could.
