Buying a used car is usually a bit of a hassle & can also be time consuming having to look at one car after another only to find that they never quite meet up to the standard described in the adverts. Especially when buying in the UK from Ireland. Luckily this time I stumbled across Parks Motor Co. via the AA used car website. The car (2011 Audi A3) looked very clean on the photos, but then they usually do & being that I was going to have to book a one way flight to the UK to view the car I wanted to make sure it was as good as it looked, so I contacted John who was more than happy to oblige & not only took more photos & answered all our questions about the car but also proceeded to do a video walk around of the car showing close up details outside & inside.
The price he was asking was also pretty spot on for the quality & year of car compared to others we'd looked at. Maybe not the cheapest but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. 
We were actually so happy with what we'd seen via email & communications with John that we paid a deposit before leaving Ireland.
When I arrived to collect the car it actually exceeded my expectations!! 
In a world where I increasingly find it hard to trust people, I found John to be very honest, polite, obliging & good at his job. 
We have had the car now for a couple of months & could not be any happier with it.
I would highly recommend Parks to anyone looking for a used car. It certainly takes the risk element out of buying one & I will most definitely be contacting John again in the future when we decide to update again.

As a fellow self employed person I'd like to wish John all the best with his business for 2018. It's great to meet someone who takes a pride in what they do & it shows.

Buying a car from the dealership was easy from start to finish, the owner was very friendly and also very very helpful when making my purchase. after seeing the car i bought and all of the others he had for sale not one of them had a mark on them and all of them were in perfect condition ready to drive away without fault. Will definitely be coming back here first when i want a new car

We bought a beautiful Ford Focus from John, never at any point did we feel anything but confident in our choice to buy from Parks motors. The car had been rigorously checked by the AA and was delivered to our home the next day by John himself. No downside which is a huge relief when your dealing with lots of money and cars!!!!!

Excellent service, made buying our car so easy. We were made to feel comfortable and no pressure at all. Will deffinatly be recommending to friends and family and returning when it’s time for a new car.
