As other reviews have said it's VERY basic but comfortable and very clean. Room was very cold but if I brought it up with the hostess she would've bent over backwards to help. The lady running it is by far the friendliest and most approachable hotelier we've ever met. Such a friendly welcome, very happy to recommend the sights of the city.
Clean and tidy but there wasn't any WiFi and only one microwave. Plumbing was noisy and the shower didn't work very well.
Very welcoming, clean place, not far from the city centre. As she said she would, the lady just forgot to call me back for something I forgot in the room when I left.
Friendly, clean guest house. Short walk into Chester. Louise was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
