I was prepared for cheap and cheerful but would not recommend this place at all. The 2 therapists spoke to each other over the cubicle throughout the massage, the therapist wore latex gloves when giving the massage!!, the hole for your face in the table was very unpleasant smelling. I actually stopped the therapist and said I had to go, and cut short my appointment. Later that evening I realised I left a gold necklace on the side table when rushing to leave - on contacting them they said they never found it nor never returned my calls or emails. I would not recommend this place
Very unclean, clearly under negligent ownership.
Whilst visiting Dublin, I got an amazing massage from Lisa. Had a few aches and pains from the travels and she sorted me right out. I ended up leaving my sunglasses behind. After contacting them, Lisa very kindly mailed them back to me in London. Amazing customer service and massage! Would highly recommend!
Absolutely horrendous massage.Paid for 1 hour full body and hot stone massage. Was left waiting 15 mins for girl to start. She was eating and spitting whatever she was eating all over me. She was the worse massuese I ever experienced. She was only interested in inflicting pain. I ended up getting 15 min neck and back massage then left waiting another 15 mins and was given a facial by a different girl. I would most certainly not recommend this place
We had a couple massage in Nov 17. the worst I've ever had. Too much pressure even with me saying twice. What was in the Groupon offer neither of us got. The water for the facial side of massage was freezing cold. Not enough towels in room. The massage has left me in actual pain especially in back of head where I was given supposedly a Indian head massage.
Horrible experience! The Chinese girl was really rude & despite having booked a time with them 2 days ago, she said you come after one hour. I said I’ve travelled from so far, and she just refused & rudely walked off. Horrible treatment to clients. Exactly the same thing happened to another client just before me. They have no sense of courtesy & no commitment to timelines. Just a cheap dirty Asian place with absolutely stupid Chinese people! Horrible horrible experience Very dirty ambience as well!
Very good value for money. The staff are professional and experienced. One of the best massages we have had.
Fantastic value for money, always full of clients, very good for walk in's. Will cater for any style, colour or cut you want, any way you want.
No very good...I was supposed to have a 60 min massage ended up being maybe 35 min the lady who was doing it kept going back and forth to open the door the and talk to walk ins client very unprofessional..
