Excellent mummy daughter day. Half day spa was bought as a much appreciated gift. Overall experience was excellent (especially lunch) We used the pool and the jacuzzi which was situated in the lovely enclosed courtyard with open fire.) We walked the trim trail after lunch as it was nice to stretch our legs after our relaxing morning treatments.(Only slight negatives, firstly, we didn't use sauna and steam room as we felt we'd like to pop in + out whilst using pool and sadly they are on different levels of the building meaning we'd have to walk through main reception/cafe areas to access staircase) ...sadly not situated next to each other as you'd normally expect. Secondly, was both our lockers wouldn't open with our codes while we we wet and wanting to get changed. We'd tested them previously but they were temperamental. A young member of staff insisted we'd put codes in wrongly, second time it happened the member of staff confirmed they can get stuck) Food + drinks excellent, environment very pleasant, views from conservatory beautiful.. . The staff very friendly. All were helpful + efficient

Wonderful location - booked on the day (midweek) for the twilight evening package for 70 pounds each and made use of the sauna, pool, steam room, outdoor hot tub next to the roaring fire and had a 25 minute back massage. Included robe, towels and flip flops (which are a tad small for men). Easy to find and convenient Cotswolds location within easy reach of Bath and Bristol. Changing rooms have free lockers and most of the amenities that you could need to dress (shaving foam, deodorant, body wash). Would definitely return.

I had an Ultra Caci facial and my skin looks amazing.Very pleased with the results!☺ It's a great place where you can switch off your daily work stress and just treat your body and mind in so many ways: by swimming, joinng a class of yoga/pilates/zumba etc, playing tennis, riding a bike outdoors... Or, you can just have a break in the hot tub/sauna and enjoy a relaxing massage.

We were looked after wonderfully well for our 40th Anniversary Sunday lunch celebration. Impeccable food, service and atmosphere, with some much appreciated personal touches. Absolute perfection!
