Only been there for a dinner at the hotel's restaurant so this review is not about the hotel that looks lovely. Place is beautiful and staff friendly and helpful. Although the meal was overall good and the ingredients used were of good quality it lacked the elegance, refinement and touch of originality I was expecting for the price paid. Lack of fresh fruits sometimes to bring some acidity or more diverses veggies along the usual carrots and parsnips. This was overall too classical and to my mind didn't differentiate enough from the kind of tastes you could have in a good pub. But this is not supposed to be a pub, right? Desserts were not very tasty as well. I am happy to pay a lot for special occasions but then I want to get a meal worth remembering. I won't remember this meal for long. You can do better.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, they really made the stay so wonderful. The hotel is so beautiful, very clean and the decor luxurious. We had a lovely stay, the room was so comfortable and the vue across the golf course was stunning. The grounds are lovely to walk around, the spa is beautiful and well worth a visit. The gym is rather small but has all the equipment you'd expect at a hotel plus comprehensive free weights and bench. The food was brilliant, the breakfast was very comprehensive from fresh fruit to all the usual cooked breakfast selection.

We stayed here for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Rooms are lovely. Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the spa. Breakfasts were very nice. Will be returning.

great location and perfect service. Not cheap, but best solution in the neighbourhood.

Stunning location, great rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Room service was a bit of a let down but the food in the restaurant was much better. Breakfast was good too. Bed was comfortable and shower was powerful.
