Last Monday I visited Aqua Sana Spa, on arrival we were greeted by Karen who was friendly and informative. The staff in the spa did everything to make our experience an enjoyable one even finding me some more magazines to read whilst relaxing by the fire. To finish the day off I had my eyebrows threaded and they look amazing thank you Stacey.

The spa was nice but treatments not so good. I paid for a back massage and it lasted only 15 minuets with the remainder being 5 minuets they were running late and then 10 minuets wrighting me out a report and advising me on stretching more and how to stretch. Also in the report was what products I need and how much they cost! It was probably over £100 worth of products which I wasn’t interested in but it makes you wonder what commission they’re on. I came to have a relaxing 25 minuets back massage and feel I got ripped off big time. I couldn’t find an email address on their website so Ive wrote this review instead.

Aqua Sauna is very clean and very pretty. Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities we're kept in fantastic condition. However the price compared to similar spa days is a tad expensive and would factor in to consideration if we were to return.

First ever spa day and I was very impressed. The staff were lovely, told us everything we needed to know. We had a massage that was perfect. Everybody is very professional. I left the spa feeling very relaxed. Definetly recommend it

I had a full spa experience with lunch. Wonderful facility. My favourite was the swimming pool and the small afternoon tea was really good too. If it was cheaper, I would go more often. Really good date day.
