The room was absolutely beautiful, we had the room at the top and would recommend this room to anyone looking to stay here. As part of our stay we had dinner included, our stay went downhill from here, we sat through a 3 course meal in under an hour and to what I can only assume was microwaved food? If I didn't know better, I would assume it was just a ready meal from the local supermarket.. it left us really disappointed. There was also an issue with a member of staff who doesn't appear to understand what a shower is, can't help but feel bad but surely it should have been commented on by management? It was a big topic of conversation amongst many guests. On a positive, the bar lady was amazing and extremely friendly! Also as part of our package we had a spa treatment, this was amazing. Would we stay again? If it is the same room and for the spa treatment, yes but not for food.

Suburb stay really polite staff with great facilities. Room clean and tidy very comfortable, good rest place after along journey. Dinning experience made relaxing with tentative staff not forgetting excellent food. One very small thing vegetarian Sausage option at breakfast would be nice! But fully understandable you can't cater for everybody on such a great deal.

The rooms are good enough but the food was not great and over priced. I order a cheese burger and chips for fear of being disappointed with the steak and was equally disappointed with the burger. Spent lots of time looking for the cheese and turns out they burn it into the bun. Who the heck doesn't melt the cheese into the burger? It's a cheese burger not cheese in toast with a Pattie tagged into it. Although the quality of the meat was good I was most out off by the lack of general burgeryness about it. And a lack of chips too. For 16 buff I'd expect a little bit more. Glad I didn't get the steak.

The treatments we received at the spa were lovely and very well done. As well as this, the facilities  (sauna, swimming pool, etc.) were wonderful. However, we called several weeks in advance to let them know that we had someone who was Vegan with us. For dinner they were served peppers stuffed with pepper and tomato, with no carb or protein. Likewise, we had a cream tea and she could only have a fruit salad instead of a nicer alternative. Lastly, I found the rooms a bit too hot so struggled to sleep. Overall the place is good, those were just some things I think they should work on.

A well presented Hotel with very friendly staff. Lovely comfortable rooms with good facilities.
An opportunity to eat either in the bar or restaurant and the food is very tasty.
The only downside to this hotel is the lack of a lift to gain access to the floors or down to the pool.
