Customer service is horrible. If an order is not right you fix the problem when said customer is driving 30 minutes or more too get to your business.

ticket office never open machines mostly taped up only good thing some nice ticket  ollectors there sometimes who are able to sell tickets if not your asked lots of queations on arrivi g at youf destination  why no ticket .Actually kings Cross now k ow most of us now as co.ming from hatfield and know tbe situation. went to stevenage  the other day to meet friends asked for ticket and explained i  got train from hatfield they just laughed and said the station ruled itself they was a  wasteof space hhhhh agrees  Appauling that its known as that ..Get a grip Hatfield station get machines that work get some reliable ticket office staff ....!!!!!
