I recently visited London after eight years and had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. It was a fantastic experience! The hotel is not only well-maintained but also conveniently located near the city's main attractions. The customer service was exceptional, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to Manager Sheyan for his outstanding attitude and willingness to help – he truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended! Safety: The hotel also prioritizes guest safety, which I truly appreciated. They close the doors at night and verify keys for every guest entering, creating a secure and peaceful environment.
Outstanding hotel. Clean, great rooms, great facilities, fantastic staff. The location of this hotel is amazing - small walk to all the London landmarks. Had a small issue with an upgrade and the staff fixed the problem promptly and politely. We will 100% return.
Ideally located just short of 10 mins walk from London Bridge underground/rail. Great location for HMS Belfast, London Bridge and a short walk from Tower Bridge. Local shops, bars, pubs and restaurants are all within a short walking distance in all directions. A lovely modern hotel providing numerous facilities. We arrived early, so dropped off our luggage with concierge so we could start our break. We checked in later & made our way to our room on the 7th floor. The room was very big & had all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay including a 'Love seat' which we used to watch late night tv before bed. We used the Executive Lounge over our stay for nibbles and drinks. We choose to have breakfast in the restaurant which provided the staples of a full breakfast and the chef made you eggs to your liking. Interactions with staff in the hotel was always very pleasant. We would happily stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to friends and family Rooms: We had a King Deluxe room on the 7th floor. It was very big room & even had a 2 person 'Love seat' which was very comfortable to snuggle up whilst watching a bit of late night tv before bed Nearby activities: HMS Belfast is just around the corner, Tower Bridge is a little bit further and the Tower of London is within easy walking distance. London Bridge underground is around 7 min walk Safety: No issues with safety in or around the building Food & drinks: We ate breakfast in the main restaurant which provided all the fair for a full breakfast setting you up for the day. We had sandwiches & nibbles from the afternoon tea in the Executive Lounge and visited in the evenings for drinks and a great selection of foods.
Great location for walking to the tower bridge and the train station is across the street. We are diamond members and this Hotel has a great executive lounge. The evening happy hour could have been a dinner with the curry chicken, mushroom raviolis, and many finger foods with full bar. The Executive lounge has its own rooftop area with amazing views. All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but not too small. The bathroom had a tub and separate shower. I would recommend this Hilton.
Our experience at the Hilton Tower Bridge Hotel was truly impressive, even during some unexpected travel challenges. After a canceled and rescheduled flight caused us to arrive at the hotel four hours later than planned, we were warmly welcomed by Shaz, the concierge. His friendly and professional approach made our late check-in quick and easy, ensuring we felt comfortable right away. After a great stay, we checked out and headed to the airport - only to receive the news that our flight had been canceled due to a storm. Feeling stressed, we decided to return to the hotel. To our relief, Michael, the front desk manager who had just helped us with check-out, was there to assist us again with check-in. He was calm, efficient, and reassuring, making the process smooth and helping us feel less overwhelmed. The team at Hilton Tower Bridge went out of their way to make a difficult travel situation much easier for us. From Shaz’s warm welcome to Michael’s excellent service during our return, we felt well cared for throughout. Highly recommended!
Loved it loved it loved it. I could have really stayed in the hotel my entire stay. The restaurant was great. Staff in there were amazing especially Donnie. Concierge was helpful. Front desk was pleasant enough. Double charged the deposit and then had to speak with a manager to get it removed staff kept saying the hold will release when we leave - ummm needed my money now. But eventually it worked out. Without that little glitch it was a perfect stay. 100% recommend.
After weeks of debate. And a reporting to the BBB I've decided to add a review to this process. Beware of poor business practices by Hilton management team. Had an upcoming stay but had to cancel. A "deposit" was charged 24hrs after cancelling. Cancellation was 60 days prior to stay. Was told that it's the hotels discretion when to charge a deposit and cancellation fee. So the hotel team DECIDED to charge me after I cancelled. I work in the industry. We take deposits when the guest books. Seems like they forgot to do this then charged after I cancelled. A fee is usually charged and upheld for a room that loses revenue. Not a room you will most definitely sell again. NEVER STAY HERE if this is how management show "hospitality" when you cancel 2 months before the stay then I'm sure they do not have your best interests at heart. I will never stay at a Hilton again. Will push all my clients to avoid Hilton especially this property when in London. Sad after many loyal years they valued a quick buck over being hospitality professionals.
I felt a very rewarded loyalty member of Hilton by the way I was welcomed and treated throughout the stay. On top of that the Hilton Tower Bridge Hotel was way better than expected. I choose it manly for location but the rooms, lobby and bar were also excellent! I would definitely stay here again when in London. I have stayed in many Hilton Hotels across the world and I am saddened to say that the Hilton London Tower Bridge was not the greatest, which was disappointing as this is my home country. After attending a venue, I returned to the hotel early hours of the morning, and could not access the hotel. The doors were locked and no one was to be seen at reception. After 20 minutes of banging on the window, eventually 2 staff members let me in. There were also other residents that I did not know, that had been waiting to gain access. On arrival at the hotel we were told that breakfast would be served to 11am. So I did not appreciate hearing the receptionist at breakfast telling people they needed to "hurry up" when they arrived for breakfast at 10:45. She was rude and quite frankly, if breakfast does not finish until 11am then they had plenty of time. If you want people to arrive 30 mins before breakfast closes, then you need to make that clear on check in!. My room was as expected, so no issues there. Overall, it is a 2 star for being the worst experience, having stayed in many Hilton Hotels.
Great hotel & location. HOWEVER... If you are a Diamond Member and using points BEWARE! I was charged for my room for both nights of my stay despite the points being used on my account. When I raised this with the hotel they were not particularly apologetic. They just said they'd raised the refunds. Then, because they were both sent, for the same amount, at pretty much the same time, that caused a flag on my credit card company's end and they had rejected one of the two payments. So, 9 months later, I'm still waiting on half my money. I fully acknowledge that the timescale is not the hotel's fault. However, the initial screw up was not mine or my card providers fault. I didn't really get anything for my trouble - remember I was charged £1200... 3 days before Christmas! What a nice surprise that was on my credit card account.
