Absolutely fantastic branch always help full and nice. Service is always first class. I hire from these guys frequently and they always deliver beyond my expectations. Vehicles are always in good shape and I've always been able to get one when required. Genuine look forward to dealing with the staff. Its quite uncommon to receive this level of service it this day in age. Thank you very much

I come here pretty often, it's a convenient place for me, beginning to recognise the staff now so it's always a friendly exchange (not that they weren't before!)

Couldn't fault it. Service was great, booked in advance on the net and the vehicle was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Took the advisors advice and took out extra insurance cover. Didn't need it but when i witnessed how some people drive in Manchester I could well have done.   A couple of near misses convinced me I had made the right decision. Deposit refunded within a couple of days back to my account no problem.

I was given a car from enterprise as a courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired. They were 45 mins late picking me up only to have to go back to there office to fill in paperwork. Whilst doing the paperwork the car was given a parking ticket as the representative parked it outside there branch on double yellow lines. He took the ticket in and told me he'd get that sorted. I was then written to saying i'd incurred the fine. I called them to be told ignore the letter its a mistake. 2 days later they had taken the fine from my account warning. I am awaiting the refund which was 3 days, on the 3rd day i'm told its 5 working days for there mistake!!!
