Rude people ( not everyone luckily) but you feel agressed the minute you walk in and ask questions..

Appointments not on time ( waited 45mn)

I had several issues that I wished to discuss with the dentist ( I would not take time off work and pay for a consultation to come if it wasn’t worrying as I don’t have money to throw by the window) the dentist didn’t advise more examination or whatnot, didn’t really take in consideration what my previous dentist told me and for one particular issue suggested that my diet would be the issue... and I have crohn, I m very careful of what I eat and never ever my diet caused anything to my mouth..

Cash only practice wich is really dodgy

I m giving 2 stars rather than just one just because not everyone in there seems bad in there work environment..

Very disorganized practice! With no computers they constantly get booking wrong.
The waiting time is terrible, I visited 4 times and average wait time was 1 hour. Also no card payment facilities, cash only!
If possible I recommend you find an alternative dentist!!!

They cant even answer there phone what a terrible service sort it out you dumb idiots

Not sure why the reviews are so bad, the staff are always nice, the wait can be quite long but Mr Wilshire is the best dentist I've had (particularly for any needle phobias) and I'd happily wait as long as it takes rather than go elsewhere.

Discussing experience at the dentist. The staff are rude and can hardly be bothered to look at you. As for the dentist mr Wiltshire well his obnoxious cocky manor was discussing. The X-ray card he forced painfully down in my mouth cut it but he didn't care then he told me what I already knew when he got the pics asking me when I expected him to do about it. After everything he did I am now left in more pain that I was before with my mouth all ulcered and sore from him trying to do a procedure he couldn't finish. The staff on reception had the same can't be bother attitude also.
