After my regular dentist had trouble extracting two of my teeth in preparation for a brace, Phil Chan was highly recommended to me by a friend, as someone who might be able to help. I was able to get an appointment very quickly with Phil and found the reception staff warm and friendly on arrival.
Phil Chan is an amazing dentist! He took time to explain everything that had gone wrong & why with the tooth extraction and gave me a number of options to solving the issue. 
Both Phil & the Dental Nurse, Beth, were extremely kind  - I am a very nervous patient and generally terrified of the Dentist - but they put me at ease so I felt comfortable undergoing another procedure to extract the roots. 
The extraction was a success and I am overwhelmingly grateful that I no longer have to wait 6 weeks for a referral to a specialist, as proposed by my original Dentist.
Despite this practice being the opposite end of the City from where I live, there's no way I'd go to another Dentist now.

Excellent care. My Husband saw Laurence Folland and he has really put his faith back into dentists. No hard sell, no slap-dash just quality dentistry. Everything was explained  in detail and he and his nurse were very attentive as my husband is prone to passing out. Thanks

Absolutely outstanding. Needed two fillings (my first) and the dentist was very reassuring. Answered all my questions in detail and gave me lots of helpful information. No judgement! Competent work, professional service, made the whole experience as painless as possible (literally and figuratively). I was nervous but really need not have been. Strongly recommended.

Horfield Dental Care is an excellent practice. The premises is always clean and tidy. The staff are welcoming and put you at ease during the procedure. I appreciate the online booking facility, so much more convenient than trying to get through on the phone.

I moved to the South of Bristol, yet still go back to Horfield Dental Care, that's how good they are!

A good experience. My dentist was skilled and made the effort to give me some very helpful advice. He and the other staff were also very personable and accommodating. Really recommended.
