We have been with this dentist for about 5 years without any complaints, the dentist's we've had Serena and Victoria were lovely, but today we had a letter informing us that they had left and the practice no longer are doing NHS appointments and cancelling our existing appointments so basically we need to move to a private plan. It's literally impossible to register as an NHS patient anywhere nowadays so that has screwed us. We won't be staying there anymore. A lot of people's dental health will suffer, not everyone can afford to pay private prices!

I have been with mydentist for 10years but for the past year ish this practice has been absolutely dreadful. For years I saw mostly Sandra, occasionally Victoria and a few other dentists with no issues whatsoever, other than the occasional last-minute cancelation which is understandable. Lately it has been just very inexperienced dentists that waste both their and my time and money. I saw Cara a few times and she only had 2 answers: it is fine OR we can extract if you want. On one occasion she even suggested extracting a tooth which I refused, went private somewhere else and had a filling and that was the end of it! I complained via emailed twice and never got a reply. Yesterday my son saw yet another new dentist who in all fairness was by far nicer than Cara but again provided no solutions, just a hospital referral and a suggestion to go private. I am starting to think that mydentist offer NHS apps only to sell their private appointments as a follow up. The receptionists and assistants are all nice and helpful, but with no skilled dentists at this practice, it is impossible to recommend it.

Premika & her assistant Amy.  Attended an emergency appointment today and I cannot thank them enough. Amy was very welcoming and friendly and Premika was outstanding. Very informative - she made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the appointment. Thank you so much.

Absolutely disgusting!!! my 5year old has had an appointment booked 3 months ago for today, I get a txt message stating its been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances this morning, please phone to rearrange. Phoned up only to be told that from today, they will not see my child as a patient,  UNLESS i the parent change my dentist and register  with them as a private patient  and pay!!! How on earth is this justified  this is blackmail!!!! I will be going above them regarding this awful experience  and money grabbing scheme

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE Just had my child's appointment cancelled age 6 with 3 hours notice and told if I don't myself register with them as a private patient they will not see my child as a NHS patient..... apparently its a new rule bought out by them today!! I would have got charged for a start for cancelling same day!!! And do you not have a contractual obligation to the NHS!!! I have contacted them myself and waiting for response

My appointment was cancelled without explanation after waiting for over a month for it. Rescheduled another month of waiting only for it to be cancelled again this time less than 30 mins before the appointment! Offered another appointment over a month away again... No thanks!

This is a brilliant dental practice,  receptionists are really friendly too. My dentist Victoria is amazing. Myself and my daughter have been patients for 8 years and cannot fault them. Do have to wait a while for appointments sometimes, however that’s the nature of all dental practices in these current times.

Avoid Cara, she overlooked a very serious root canal issue and broken filling on my x-ray. I did tell her that filling had been hurting and asked was she sure it was OK, she reassured me there was nothing wrong at all and told me to come back in 9 months. It's flared up now and is going to be complex procedure in several sessions whilst on holiday. I wish she could have done her job. Sandra was very good but unfortunately she's left. In general I think avoid dentists trained in the UK as we have v low standards of training here, always look for someone trained elsewhere.

Unfortunately my appointment was cancelled without explanation. Having looked at the reviews it appears to be common theme. Very unprofessional.  Update 31/03/19: I booked another appointment and after waiting two months they cancelled on me again. I’ve been strung along for 6 months waiting for an appointment. I can’t believe how unprofessional this place is.  Update 09/11/2019: I booked another appointment and after almost a year it was cancelled again! Luckily I now go to another Dentist not “MyDentist” so no longer need to waste my time.

Thank you for seeing me so quickly. Chris made me feel at ease quickly. He was very delicate and explained the next steps. Thanks again.
