I have been with this dental practice for a few years, I have never had a problem with appointments or admin. I have had a couple of good dentists in that time but they seem to leave! however the dentist I now have Elliott Munroe is the best ever. He is very professional and polite and seems to take pride in what he does therefore giving you confidence in what he does. lets hope he does not leave.
A professional and friendly service. Carmen is great, explains everything and gives you options. Receptionist was also very helpful.
Practice is clean tidy and welcoming, easy to park, great availability of appointments and staff are friendly and welcoming. Saw Monique for a hygienist appointment who was super thorough and gentle, and Tim who did a great job repairing a broken tooth, would recommend this practice !
I have been with this practice since 2010. My visit today was as smooth and professional as always. Tim takes the time to listen and then explain the planned course of treatment. It’s such a relief to have access to high quality dental care once again.

I joined as a patient here with a lot of work needing to be done and a lot of anxiety about having dental treatment. My dentist Timothy Ahmed and the nurses have been so incredibly patient and helpful as well as doing a really top drawer job on my teeth. Just breezed through a root canal on my front tooth. Thank you.
Had a horrendous experience several years ago with a filling. It was my first one so did not know any better when I was injected and work began straight away. Essentially, not enough local anaesthetic was administered which led to me having the procedure done with full feeling. About an hour after finishing the anaesthetic kicked in. I went on to have a second filling done by another dentist, which admittedly went better and even he was less than complimentary of his colleague. However, as I am now in a position to afford the option for private treatment at a reputable dentist, I have now seen and been talked through a full set of X-Rays. To say the work I've had done is poor would be an understatement. I've spent today having some of the mess corrected after a long period of pain. Cowboys. Avoid like the plague.
Have used this practice for the last 4 years. Never had any problems and the staff are always friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff. Recently took my 2 year old to see Sandra for her first check up and she was amazing with her. Made my daughter feel comfortable and was really thorough. Would definitely recommend.
Went in to have two teeth out, was only there for 20 mins, my dentist was second to none and made a potentially terrifying ordeal a cake walk. Thank you so much
Been very pleasantly surprised today to find a professional and caring dental practice at Bupa in Saint George. We all know it’s not easy finding a good dentist that makes you feel relaxed while healing your teeth. Found a polite receptionist as well on the premises. Doctor Sandra and her lovely assistant were so nice , chatty and professional that all my fear went away along pain as they sorted me out a terrible tooth pain. I strongly recommend and as well thank them for their approach and abilities.
