Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in for an emergency appointment and ended up getting a wisdom tooth removed, the extraction went smoothly, the anaesthetic was placed so well, only my gums and a bit of my cheek were numb, it wore off almost entirely in 30 mins. After it wore off I had no pain, no swelling just tenderness. 10/10 would recommend.
Quite simply the worst and rudest dentist I've ever had the misfortune to meet. They shamed me, belittled me and disregarded everything I said. I was in major pain with 3 broken teeth to be extracted but after humiliating me and not showing me my x-ray, it was decided that all they needed was "A Good Clean", followed by two agonising minutes of her yanking the very teeth I was complaining about whilst tapping them to see which ones hurt the most. I left with a mouth full of blood and in more pain than when I entered. You'll be hearing from my solicitors.
Would give 0 stars if i could. Absolutely useless. Haven’t ate or slept in 2 days due to a bad tooth and they didn’t help one bit. Dentist was very rough even after being told i’m very nervous then went on to tell me they couldn’t do anything unless i waited a few weeks and paid £60-£70. Do not recommend avoid if possible.
Absolutely brilliant I can’t fault the service at all.Everyone was professional and helpful, I was given advice on what treatment options I had by the lovely dentist and I am now pain free what more could you ask for on a Saturday morning!!
Just had a tooth out. 111 emergency. James and Susie brilliant. Can not fault the process from reception to treatment.
The friendliest dental surgery I have ever visited! The dentist and nurse were professional and caring and the receptionist was even kind enough to offer the patients water on arrival. A big thank you is due!
I was referred by 111 and got a same day appointment for excruciating wisdom tooth hole pain. I got a 6.40pm out of hours appt and they called me in on the dot, they were all so lovely, friendly and welcoming and made me feel super comfortable. I can't remember the dentists name Fiona? but she was so personable and helpful - I needed an extraction which couldnt be done there and then so needed to be referred waiting list around 3 months - she's put a temporary fix on and have some antibiotics to help with the swelling and pain until it can be taken out. What a lovely team, you're doing a great job!
Was a bit nervous by previous rating however I must say, as a person who avoids the dentist and is scared of needles, i attended this practice OOH to have a tooth extraction. Wonderful service by the 2 lovely ladies that seen me, from the anaesthetic to the procedure itself they were amazing. Thanks NHS
I'm a nervous person and The dentist and dental nurse that saw me for an emergency extraction were Amazing! So patient and sweet! The guy that was letting people into the clinic was also so nice - I was 45mins early and before the dental clinic was even open and he found me somewhere to sit and looked out for me. Can't thank the team enough
Read the reviews, eont lie was filled with terror Well I must say they were perfect polite great service and was seen very quickly. Referred via 111 big tooth extraction and it was a difficult removal. The dentist was superb, polite and pain free. Very happy
