Best dentist ever! I used to be very nervous whenever visiting a dentist. Not anymore. The reception staff are very welcoming, efficient and polite. Hardly any waiting time. My dentist Steve and his lovely dental nurse Mya were so calming. They really put me at ease. They provided was first class treatment and we’re very knowledgeable and patient with my nerves. It’s such a relief not having to fear dental visits anymore. Thank you Bupa Gloucester Road. Your staff are awesome. Sarah

Went to this practice to have a difficult wisdom tooth removed. Receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Jess the dental nurse was supportive and kind. Dr Rauf who removed the tooth was simply superb. He took time to explain the procedure, the possible risks, difficulties and how he was going to approach it. He made me feel calm and reassured. He removed the tooth which had two curved roots in under 20 mins. What could have been a bad experience was simply made easy by a true professional and a very nice person who cares about his patients - nothing was too much trouble. Well done BUPA for such excellent all round care Andy
I have been using this wonderful dental practice for over 2 years, Dr Fausto Santi is a very calm and professional person, he make you feel very relaxing during the treatment and his nurse Danielle is very lovely and amazing. Reception staff Is very good too always smiling and happy. I can’t thank Dr Santi enough. I was very scared to visit dentist before but now with him is been always a pleasure. Had my appointment on Thursday with Fausto and Mya I left feeling really happy. This is my third dental appointment and from start to finish im so happy I've finally found 1 - a dentist that listens 2 - makes things easy for me to attend appointments 3 - I feel encouraged to go to 4 - I know I am getting the BEST care and advice. Seriously the dentist now feels ike a treat not a chore.
I went to the practice after not seeing any dentist for a couple of years so I was worried. My dentist here is Dr Santi and nurse Mya. They are very friendly, nice so all my worries were gone. Dr Santi is very professional and kind with treatment. Very happy I found this practice, Dr Santi and Mya. I can only recommend them
The dentist is very thorough and the accounts team is helpful. I had not researched the prices and my private dentist plan properly. I will return for services for myself and my 2 boys if they'll have me back
This is a fantastic dental practice. I've been using this Dental surgery for over 25 years. Unfortunately my nice bright smile has outlasted the rest of me. Highly recommended if your looking for top class treatment.
I don's suppose many people will think that a dental appointment is a god experience generally, its not always! However it does make a massive difference if you have helpful and professional staff looking after you and that you feel confident you are receiving the best care possible. My experience of this practice is just as above. My dentist Tim is second to none he is helpful, friendly and most of all at the top of his game as a dental surgeon. Tim has an amazing friendly and competent dental nurse Sam she always has a smile and makes me feel welcome ad at ease. The friendly and professional reception team always call back when they are supposed to and ensure that every contact with the patient is dealt with in the most helpful way possible. Most of my contact with the reception team as been with Sammy - again her efficient and friendly approach to her work reflects that she enjoys her job and treats each with respect and genuine has a genuine interest in them. Well done!!!
Dr Santi and his nurse Danielle have been absolutely amazing, they have given me the confidence to smile again, I can’t thank Dr Santi enough. I was petrified to visit the dentist as I had a bad experience at a young age, but they have restored my trust in the dentist. Danielle was great, I was so nervous and she was so understanding and reassuring. Thanks again guys, you make a great team
